Day One: 239lbs

      Today I weighed myself and I am 239lbs...that's to most I've ever weighed before. I just couldn't believe my eyes when I looked at the scale. I am so ashamed. So I've come up with a plan. Every day I will workout for no less than four hours and then weigh in every three weeks. I am determined to lose this weight by October. I'm going to do a 100 day challenge where I challenge my self to be at 140 or less in 100 days. Good luck to me I guess.
