Day 13 – Back on track

I’m getting there slowly! Today I’d lost another lb. I had a Delicious and healthy dinner last night of roasted butternut squash filled with couscous, followed by a chocolate dessert from weight watchers. Oh and a couple of small glasses of red wine. Tonight’s dinner was cooked by my housemate and was a healthy chicken stir fry. Delicious!

Tonight I baked caramalised apple flapjacks and Lemon Drizzle cakes to take into work for our charity day tomorrow. I have been good because I didn’t eat one of either, but I did pick a little at the flapjack off-cuts and had some of the lemon drizzle icing. Hopefully it won’t have affected things too badly for tomorrow morning’s weigh in.

Time will tell! I’m hoping to lose another lb soon so that I can try my ‘control’ set of size 14 outfits on to see how many I can fit into. Must keep trying!!
