It's just sad to see how people react to certain differences, on how things are different. Some may appear that they understand or that they support the differences, but deep inside, I know they think far beyond that mild comprehension. I understand that in life, you'll mostly be presented to antonymous sides. It's either black or white, big or small, right or wrong. People tend to question those 'in betweens' and where do they fit into certain categories. And taking side, they will. So far, it's either to oppose or to support. Again, no in between.

There was time when my origin only fit into 2 categories : mild or spicy. It was easier back then, because people are basically abrasive or tame. There were no surprises; you got what you came for. Then came the variety of green jalapeño, chipotle, buffalo style, habanero, garlic pepper and sweet & spicy. To tell you the truth, they are all the same thing : pepper. No matter how you create it, how you package it, how you mix it, how you cook it, pepper is still pepper. But many people can't seem to see it that way. This emerging new diversities shocked them, even some believe that it is a violation of a lot of codes. 

I mean I get that being original also means that you go well with nearly everything. Being original also means that people wouldn't be having a hard time looking at your true interior of which your color gave it away. It's always the red to orange color that soothes people, not deep red, brown or even green! Those colours raise nothing but questions : what are they? Why? It also proves that being original could give you bigger packages in life, a galloon even, whereas others are just a tiny glass bottle away.

I also notice that people are less judgemental when it comes to hotness. They see it as no more than preferences. This is where it gets confusing. They understand that people have preferences in life, even you yourself have one. So what's with the colors? What's with the flavors? It all comes down to one damn thing : PEPPER! It still is hot and legendary and it's Gonna warm up your life no matter what.
