I was attempting to carry this blog into the newlywed months, but after months of neglect, I decided to cut it off here. Yup, this is the end. (insert tear here)

Right now we are in the process of putting together our wedding album, something I put off for way too long after making albums for the parents and grandparents and mini-albums for the siblings, and framing photos for friends (and us), and writing a million "thank you's" to people, and all that other nonsense that follows a wedding.

In August, we'll be heading to California, for our one-year anniversary trip. We'll be going to Napa Valley and LA to visit with Ed's parents. Can't wait!

And in less than two weeks, another one of my best friends will be saying her wedding vows, at the same place Ed and I were married. It's crazy, all of us now walking down the aisle. And going back to Smithville, almost one year after our wedding day, will kind of bring everything full circle.

I hope you all liked following our engagement and wedding story. I tried to keep it light and funny. Our first year of marriage has been amazing. Here's to many more years of memories!
