12032016. ‘Twas another first in my existence, hence… I am documenting it here. #TheMusicRun #LiveTheBeat.
I have been crossing my fingers to be able to experience “Music Festival”… In truth, my dream is The Tokyo Music Festival, but a month ago, when my friend saw this Music Run and Music Festival happening here in Manila… my heartbeat pumped a little faster hehehe.
Well… it may not be Tokyo but as they say, Filipino crowd are the hippiest and loudest so we got ourselves registered in the event.
Live The Beat. Catchy and with some sprinkled of truth in it. We just Live The Beat of Life… Whatever beat it might be… the rock, the pop, the old school, hip hop… always, always the Music of Life has a story behind it, waiting to be revailed and told.
As one of the many first times, that is, yet to happen in this lifetime… Let me share with you my experience in this event.
The Music Run venue was at Mckinley West Park. The Run is 5K and started at around 4pm… So, I called it my 5K Sunset Walk too
And the guys who bear with me… though I know they really wanted to do the run all through out but still, kept the walking phase with (oh well,it because Im have the Red month…yaaay…psst it is a secret but it doesn’t stop me, should it count atleast).
And I am holding my stomach in, in this picture for too long… with Jasmine and Geri.
Instead of the RunBeb, we got these… that mark our numbers, nice shade and cooler too I think.
Pity. We started only taking pictures of the music genre in every kilometer at the Pop Zone, we missed the Rock Zone… Oh well, we got three (3), not bad eh.
I think we have BSB music on the background at this zone.
Next kilometer is the Old School Zone… And I love the color too.
The picture below is so reality. The real deal is, kind of stolen shot. Geri is supposed to be pointing at the music zone where at us at the moment… but as you can see it looked more of her pointing to Jasmine “bagot” face… hahaha
And next stop tada, The Hip Hop Zone… Did you know? Kaaliw much… So did you know? hahaha
Oh wait… yeah I can’t help myself but took a pause for the pictures below… When you live in a city, where you are surrounded with buildings, you will understand why I had to capture this one, aside from you seldom get to see this, it was a sight of amazement. #TheMusicRunCitySunset

My first ever Music Run at Manila Music Festival. I enjoyed it, tiring but certainly had a blast. I am in the company of coolest friends Geri, Jasmine, the couple Julia and Matt. Indeed, experience as such as this, ’twas the fun if shared with people you cherish, coz it’s not only about enjoying the moment, but also, making memories…
And the additional bonus… that exact time, exact moment you realize that, even if we go through different genre of Life’s music, eventually we learn to dance to every beat. Life can be a Music. Learn to Dance and Live the Beat.
