Bonjour guys! Lately, I've been thinking about the coming school year (senior year woo-woo!), and how much I need a new wardrobe/look. So I created a list of all the clothes, accessories, shoes, and make-up that I plan to buy to create this new "Brooke Look" lol. My sister described my current style as a cross between Yara Shahidi and Blair Waldorf for Gossip Girl w/ a dash of Zendaya. That's a cool way of saying that I like statement collars, bold colors, Color Blocking, detailed patterns, and classic pairings.
For example, I would def wear this outfit😍
You have different shades of gray (color blocking in action), a statement collar that pairs perfectly w/ the trench coat, and it's simple. If you guys know me, then whatever I put my money into has to be planned out (except vending machine😁). So of course, I made a list and budget plan! You're welcome to use it yourselves and customize it to your tastes.
New "Brooke Look" Plan
- Tops👚: 5 blouses (peter pan collar, Dress Shirt, mock neck, silk camisole, white tee)
- Sweaters + Cardigans👘: 4 sweaters, 2 cardigans
- Dresses👗: 3 skirt dresses
- Bottoms👖: 3 pairs of jeans
- Leggings: 3 varieties (wool, polyester, exercise)
- Accessories👓: 2 scarves, 3 pairs of high socks, 1 pack of ankle socks, 4 pairs of earrings (studs, pearls, hoops, statement), locket necklace, watch
- Shoes👠: 1 pair of sneakers, 1 pair of boots
Make-up
- Cosmetics💋: light foundation, bronzer, blush, highlighter, lip gloss, lip stick, full palette, mascara
Hair + Nails
- Natural loose curls, mousse, edge control, hair clips, razors🙆🏾
- Eyebrow tint ($15)
- Round/oval shape 💅🏾(light colors during spring/summer, dark colors during fall/winter)
I've already bought a pair of pants (great deal for Lucky Brands!) and the white dress shirt. I'll add a picture on this post asap! When I complete the new "Brooke Look" plan, I'll also post every item I buy w/ prices and outfit combos. I already have lots of clothes, but I'm just trying to find a my look.
