REFRESH YOUR SKIN WHEN SICK

REFRESH YOUR SKIN WHEN SICK

It’s finally June which means it’s summer! Therefore, it means flue season is not here anymore (for the most part anyway). Yet somehow I managed to get the worst fever at this time of year. High fever means weakness, sleeping all day long and not showering for a whille (which is something not so nice). It doesn’t help that outside is hot as hell too. Besides all the health struggles, another part of being sick that I cannot simply stand is the lack of skincare. But how can you take care of your Skin when you can barely pour yourself a glass of watter in the other room?

I think the key to keep your skin happy is simply keeping it refreshed and moisturized. Of course, you will not get up from the bed and go to your bathroom to do the whole routine you usually do. There’s just not enough power in us girls. But there are ways you can get that refreshing feel.

Number one thing which is not only good for your skin but body as well – drink lots of water. Water is not only a natural component that helps you to stay hydrated but it keeps your skin healthy as well.

Also, try not to eat a lot of junk or fatty goods since that can really break out your skin. Plus this is just not heatlhy. skin

Now this is what I used to keep my skin not feeling dull during these heavy days – Thermal Spring water. This is truly a life saver! You don’t have to go anywhere, just keep in next to your bed, spray onto your face whenever you feel like it and you’re good. Thermal water helps to fight skin redness, rashes or even acne. There are so many choices on the market out there but I used the Avene one. It costs around 14 euro and it’s truly great.

I do have an acne-pro skin and not using my dailys cleansers and acids is really not cool so I thought couple days without it will make me look like these pimply teenagers in those prom movies. However, with the help of this – no acne, no pimples, all clear. Besides that you can use some moisturizer of your choice.

These are just the steps that I did and that helped me a lot to go through this week skin care wise. So if anyone needs a helping refreshing hand on their face – Thermal spring water is a way to go.

Recommended for sure!
