Visiting Limitless Cookhouse and Bar, Vasant Kunj, was an overall decent experience. It was a private bloggers meet, specially organised to review the new menu that they were introducing.
The place is two-storey restaurant, with a beautiful ambience. It is situated inside Ansal Plaza Mall. The rooftop of the place is an amazing place to take your date to because of the pretty surroundings and amazing interiors of the place.
The quality and presentation of the food and drinks justifies the highly priced venue. The place offers everything; from delicious food and drinks to amazing hookahs; making the experience simply amazing.
Because we had a private bloggers’ table, I and my sister were able to taste a variety of dishes and mocktails; Bhoma Beach, X on the Beach, Beautiful Lips, Strawberry Shake, Chocolate Shake, Kiwi Delight and Passion Fruit Cooler to Truffle French Fries with Makhani Dip, Crispy Tofu Crostini, Khakhra with Chicken Pickle, Tandoori Chicken Plate, Lamb Kakori Kebab, Delhi 6 Chicken Fry, Crispy Beetroot Bread, Smoked Chicken Tikka, Butter Chicken with Khasta Naan and Peri Peri Paneer. We ended the dinner with a Truffle Boat Chocolate Mousse.
We also tasted their specially crafted Red Wine. It had a pleasant, fresh taste.
The hero of the whole experience was a variety of delicious items, such as:
- The dessert is by far the best single-bite dessert that I have tasted.
- Passion Fruit Cooler and Kiwi Delight had a amazingly defined refreshing taste.
- Khakhra with Chicken pickle and Tandoori Chicken had the right spices in it.
- Truffle French Fries and Crispy Beetroot Bread had a new flavour to it.
Must try would be the naans, fries, kiwi delight, passion fruit, any of the above chicken and most importantly, the dessert.
The place is a little overpriced, but is worth the experience.
There was a party going on the night we visited, so the service was pretty slow. But I suppose, it is not the usual case. The staff seemed helpful and well versed with all the necessary norms.
