As you may have seen previously on my blog, I used Vita Premium supplements. My favourite is definitely Biotin (It helped a lot to restore the condition of my hair and nails! Vita Premium’s vitamin D3 is in the bottles of 400 (!) capsules – that’s supply for over 1 year! The capsules are very small and easy to swallow. Also, there’s no fillers, binders and artificial ingredients making the product of a high quality. It’s free of GMOs, dairy, soya, gluten, fish, nuts, eggs, sugar, shellfish, mustard, celery, sweeteners and peanuts so you don’t need to worry if you have any allergies to those products and that’s why I love Vita Premium! After around 2 weeks of supplementing myself with this vitamin D3 I’m less tired and recovered faster after my 2 accidents which impacted my knees and I barely could walk or climb the stairs. Another benefits of vitamin D3 is reduction of stress and depression and weight loss boost but I don’t know how much impact it had on me in this area but now I understand how important it is for me to keep an eye on the vitamin levels. I’m a bit surprised that I recovered so quick (yes yes, every year I fall down and sprain/break my bones, hahaha )! I don’t take the capsule when it’s sunny and I spend some time outside just in case I have too much of vitamin D3 so it’ll last me even longer than 400 days
