Scale Back!!

Last week's challenge was to get moving and I had some great results. I'm down 2.2 lbs.Yayyyyyyyyy!I'm hoping it helped you lose a little extra as well. So, in keeping this lifestyle interesting, I decided to change up something else for this week. This is something very dear to my heart. It surely will be a test to see how much willpower I have. This week's challenge is simply to cut back on Dairy. That means cutting back on my precious, sharp, tangy, mellow,CHEESE! Also, it means cutting back on my mug cakes, cream cheese fluff, and so forth. It doesn't mean that I CAN'T have it, it just means, I won't be having as much throughout the day. My goal with this is to see if, decreasing my dairy intake will allow for more weight loss. Some research says that eating too many dairy products can cause your weightloss to plateau. So, I'm experimenting to see if this will increase my amount of average weightloss. Sooo. instead of cheese with every meal, or adding heavy whipping cream to my spinach... I will find another source for my fats. Besides, it's just for one week right? Anyways, come give it a try with me, let's see how it affects our weightloss goals.
