Do you need an upgrade?

Feelingsluggish? Is your weight fluctuating like a roller coaster? Getting tired of the same ole' same ole' meals? What would you think if I told you that there is a way to have a life full of energy, a boost in weight loss, and access to 1000's of meal plan ideas and recipes? And for FREE!!! Let me stop before you think this is a sell's pitch. It's definitely not. But it's TRUE! You can gain energy back into your Ketogenic or LCHF lifestyle. You can boost your weight-loss. And you do have access to 1000's of ketogenic friendly recipes. Sometimes it's as simple as going back to the basics. So often we get caught up in what the popular thing to do is. For example,BULLETPROOF COFFEE!!!At first, I thought it was a God send. I tried it, I had plenty of energy, and i was amped! But then I realize, it wasn't for me to do everyday. I noticed that on weeks that I had it, I didn't lose as much. Notice I said as much, BPC has never stalled me but I lost more weight when I cut back on my fats. Every now and then I still indulge but what made me try it in the first place was because every ketoer that I watched on youtube was going on so much about it. It was very popular
.What's popular doesn't always work for everyone.
Sometimes it's best to go back to the basics. I've been on this journey for 4 months, and I'm upgrading my keto lifestyle. If you are indeed feeling tired, and having a battle with the scale, and bored of recipe ideas, I'm here to tell you there is a better way. It's calledRESEARCH.That's what I intend to do. Recently I placed a resource tab on my website which has access to other websites that has helped me along my weight-loss journey. There I will continue to add helpful links to websites that may help you start, or kick start your weight-loss journey. Let's take a step back to what worked for you in the beginning of your journey and implement that now. Go back and re-read the basics of the LCHF diet, keep your water intake in check, keep a food journal (or photo journal) of your meals.  If you are bored with your meals or recipes, research some websites, pinterest, google, etc. There are literally thousands of recipes out there for the low-carber or ketoer. If the weight isn't coming off as much as you'd like, some of it may be because your comparing yourself to others. It could also be because your not getting enough water intake, or you may be ingesting too much fat. Those are just a few reasons your weight-loss journey may not be working the way you want it to but try to keeprealisticgoals in mind. Don't give up just yet on the keto or LCHF lifestyle. Give it another try and go back to the basics and see if that won't kick start your weight-loss. Chances are, it was something you were overlooking . So instead of giving up on yourself, upgrade yourself. You are worth it and you will be proud of the fact that your taking steps towards a better you!
