WHAT ARE RETROPLUGS?

A stylish fashion accessory that pays homage to poignant (significant) areas in everyday culture. 

How did the idea of these Retroplugs come about? 

The plugs were created to provoke dialogue. Almost like brining a gap between new generation with past generation. 

What were the influences that caused to make this happen?

 I don’t know of you can pin point any true influences for Retroplugs because it was created so organically. During a photoshoot for SneakerGODZ we used a sneaker like a phone, like the old school show Get Smart. Thats when my daughter mentioned how cool it would be if music came out of the sneaker. From there the idea Retroplugs was born. Like giving homage to a throwback like Get Smart and pairing it with something relevant today such as earbuds.

Where can anyone find this product if they are interested to try them out? 

Currently we are working to build on what we created and not selling the plugs. But that will be changing in the near future. We have built an organic community of taste-makers, celebrities, & influencers all with Retroplugs in industries such as Music (Artists & Producers), Radio/Broadcast (DJ’s/Hosts/Producers), Comedy, Reality Television, & Online Media (Editors / Bloggers/ Contributors) . This community prides itself off the exclusivity factor of having the Retroplugs first before they are available in mass quantities to the public.
