Come and attend a free Art Viewing and chamber music concert at the University of Alabama at Birmingham’s Abroms-Engel Institute for Visual Arts (AEIVA) on Thursday, March 10 at 5:00 p.m. I’m excited that my trio for flute, violin, and piano called The Faithful will be featured on the program. The event will begin with a reception and art viewing at 5:00 p.m. The concert will follow at 5:30 p.m.
From the UAB website: “The UAB Department of Music and the Birmingham Art Music Alliance have composed original pieces inspired by Enrique Martínez Celaya’s work that is sure to make for a lovely evening. The progam will include original compositions by Matthew Scott Phillips, Ron Wray, Tom Reiner, Adriana Perera, Kenneth Kuhn, Lawren Brianna Ware, and Holland Hopson.”
Hope to see you all there!
