Remember last Independence Day Weekend when music fans were blessed with a two-day Brooklyn-based extravaganza of the best underground electronic music artists known throughout the globe…Everyone was pumped to witness sets from Apollonia, Ben Klock, Chris Liebing, Danny Tenaglia Dubfire, Loco Dice, and Radio Slave. That year HYTE did not disappoint! Now they are back to deliver yet again another festival that is set to be even better than the previous one. On Sunday July 2nd, HYTE has decided to only host a one day festival that will take place on Governor’s Island in New York. For stage one, you get the chance to see Richie Hawtin, Maceo Plex, Marcel Dettmann, Rodhad, Matrixmann and Julia Govor.

Stage 2 will host a special set from Collabs (Chris Liebing + Speedy J), Loco Dice, Maya Jane Coles, Jackmaster and Peggy Gou. The most talked about set that everyone seems to be most excited about is the Collabs one since seeing Chris Liebing and Speedy J play together in the states is a huge rarity. Another thing worth noting is that construction is currently taking place to open a new club venue on the island and HYTE will be using that massive space.
