With the volume dial set to full tilt this will vaporise any cobweb accumulations in your sonic nodes. That things get a little quieter and Primitives sounding when Raye Hart’s vocals kick-in doesn’t prevent hearts from skipping a beat at the plain audacity of it all. Yep, this is grandiose indie rock from the Cleveland collective – the sort that made us fall in love with the genre in the first place. KH
