What first drew you into music production and Future bass in particular?

I Loved Music ever since I could remember. When I was a child I loved hip-hop and jazz and started listening to many different artists and genres. I especially liked the hip-hop producer, Nujabes, and started to learn how to make music because I thought it would be amazing. As a result, I fell in love with electro music and artists such as Daft Punk and Justice.

Your latest track “needed me” features some of the best sound design we have ever heard! How do you manage to achieve such powerful sounding synths?

When I work, I make and use new sounds with Serum, Sylenth 1. It was also filled with more diverse and interesting sounds along the way to keep the atmosphere fresh and clean.

It’s always a challenge and I take risks, but it’s good to have something that makes you feel different.

In the spirit of the last question if you had to pick 1 synth to produce your next track which synth would that be and why?

In the past, I would say ‘Sylenth 1’ but now I would choose Serum. Both are synths that I use a lot, but Serum is really big enough to make a new sound that is more infinite. Especially, I think it is really big to be able to make wavetable or tune.

Future bass is known as one of hardest genres to produce, how did you manage to achieve such a great sound in such a short time? Also, what is your creative process like?

When making music, it is always important to listen to a lot of music and broaden your view. I use a storytelling technique I create the story of the winning decision, and stop the routine of break down-build up-drop-break down-build up-drop.

The first month of 2018 has just passed, did it turn out the way you expected it to?

I always have a bit of regret at the end of the month. I always think about trying to work more or collaborate with a different company/artist but I end up just thinking a lot about it. Still, this was a bit of an experiment, it was a good start in 2018 because everyone liked it. I will continue to do interesting and different things.

2018 has just began, what are your goals for the new year? Any upcoming projects we can get excited about?

In 2018, making more great tracks is my goal and I also have a project I want to do. Rather than a big dream, I always want to go ahead by accomplishing something small in front of me. I believe that If I go straight well, people will pay attention and respond to it. And also In 2018, fun projects are in store. Preparing collabo with some people and a new style of small EP. I would like my track to be loved with all around the world.
