Zedd and Alessia Cara team up for a new song “Stay”.  After working with Selena Gomez, Lady Gaga, Kesha, and Haley Williams, Zedd adds another powerful songstress to his list, tapping Alessia Cara for his newest single, “Stay.”

Sure to be a club and radio pleaser, “Stay” blends Alessia’s unique voice with Zedd’s genre-bending production for a dance-ready song. Premiered with a beautiful landscape and mirror-filled lyric video, the track adds robotic elements and drum line sounds under Cara’s melodies.

“All you have to do is stay a minute,” she sings. “Take your time / The clock is ticking so stay / All you have to do is wait a second / Your hands on mine / The clock is ticking so stay.”

Alessia added that though the melody steps away from her usual vibe, the song “still feels like me, just an elevated pop sound.  The duo also released an accompanying lyric video for the single, but considering how well they worked together, we can’t wait to see if they have a full-on music video up their sleeves.
