Juju Noda, and eleven year old girl from Japan, set an F4 Lap Record at Okayama circuit in Japan just 2 months ago. She is the daughter of former F1 man Hideki Noda. Her lap time of 1:32:80 (video below) was better than any other F4 driver under the age of 17 has ever done, and her father is keen to get her into an F3 car come the end of the year.
