Channeling the Dark Side of Emotions 2018 [5 Secret Mindfulness Techniques]


Although generally accepted to be self-damaging, hindering Emotions - Sadness, Guilt, Fear & Resentment are often powerful motivators. A man who fears for his families safety may become more Aggressive in an instant. A man who has lost everything and his family killed/died - may embark on a Mission of Revenge...out of Fear, Sadness and Anger. A troubled young girl may feel so SAD after a recent break-up - that she may become Depressed, or conversely, after she's done crying she may start to form "walls" to protect herself from further emotional damage. This SHOWS - that "negative" emotions...things normally seen as the low-points of Life, when experienced...often lead to DRAMATIC changes in Behavior, self-direction, Goals and general attitudes towards things related to the experiences.

In some cases...those Emotions linger so much that the affect an individuals Job/Work performance or ability to complete school work on time or otherwise meet deadlines.

...But WHAT-IF I told you that these Emotions can be channeled, bluntly and Effectively into a New-Type of Energy & Resilience???

What if I told you that one of the Secrets BOTH our Government & the Pharmaceutical Industry has been hiding from us...is that there is a 'hidden' sector where impulses are stored and matched with "reserved" willpower?

YES. For Gamma-Oscillations and alpha-projections within discrete circuits in the Brain that deal with Stress & Negative emotions (Amygdala, Pineal Gland, Limbic System) - these can be tapped into & ALTERED by the same negative emotions that some point seem convinced are on "Auto-Pilot"...as if WE - as Humans, with free-will, who USE our Brain routinely for every task from getting out of Bed in the morning, to mowing the Law to going to work or to having Sex...the Brain - is NEVER truly on auto-pilot...and just because it seems that an Emotion is so intense it can not be controlled...I am here to say to YOU, that they CAN BE.  

Emotions are simply another form of a brain-wave. They are simply a reaction & action based on an underlying conscious feeling - something 'picked up' from the Base and then "rolled with" by the human-awareness/consciousness.

Now many people would say Emotions & Consciousness are one in the same.
Others would say they can't get any further apart.
...But to be aware allows you to be connected to your Emotions.
To be AWAKE & ALIVE - allows us to see the reasons for others Emotions, pro-activity & associations.

Anyway, what we want to teach you all today...all of my readers, is how to CONTROL Intensities & Mental Dissatisfaction, and to fully Embrace "Mind-over-Matter" and to do it in a way that allows us to control our Emotions, purely Psychologically or through our Own Willpower...no matter how HARD or even "impossible" it might seem. With the Brain, ANYTHING is possible...that's why there are ordinary, dumbfounded individuals turning into GENIUSES over-night by using "Smart Drugs" - that's why poor, low-IQ black Gang-Members end up making 10's of thousands of dollars in Drug-Money...because what is SIMPLE at one point - can EVOLVE - whenever there is a Will, there is a WAY.

Mind > Matter is The Ability to Retrieve Equilibrium by Reducing the "Meaning" of Bad-Things & Converting the Negative Thoughts into Motivation and 'Steel-Headedness'.

  1. To actually be able to better control our Emotions and channel them - first learn to equalize the bad-emotions and bad-thoughts/ruminations with something ordinary. Train yourself to let go of the fear & the prospect that fear and horrible things "always going wrong" - let them come to you...but pay them no mind. Let them be attackers for a Moment. But then, WAKE-UP and realize that the fear is only momentary, and that you can't get PAST the horrible feelings if you don't face them and be PRODUCTIVE.
  2. THINK: When you are "on-point", energized, getting Money - having good relationships with people - you feel like everything is running smoothly...things are simpler - because you are ENJOYING-THE-MOMENT. It is ONLY, when we FAIL to embrace and take-control-of-the-moment that bad-thoughts can eat at us and destroy us. 
  3. Fear, Sadness, Self-Defeat - these can all go together...OR, we can use the first two as motivators. Motivators to improve aspects of our Life in the interest of PREVENTION. Preventing things from going downhill. Using FEAR as a SELF-motivator (not to be exerted on others!) - such as training ourselves to DIVERT from the thought of Fear...but rather use the remaining figment that CAN'T/WON'T stop as a motivation-excuse to Exercise, stock-up on bonds, security or otherwise...or FEAR - can be used as a MOTIVATOR to make more Money TO prevent Problems/Catastrophies. Fear, can be VERY motivating!!!
