Each cookie weighs 80 grams, with each one containing the following (across all flavors) – 290 calories (70 fat calories), 8g fat (3g saturated), 700 (!) mg sodium, 36g carbs (4g fiber, 7g sugar) and 18g of protein.
That’s a pretty well rounded serving, with the huge amount of sodium being the only real big surprise here, which 700mg seems kind of weird actually. Carbs are also high comparing to the competition, but it compensates with only 8g of fat and 7g of sugar. To finish of, 18g of protein is above average but not the most we’ve seen. In conclusion, Prosupps did a nice job with this one.

My Cookie comes in 5 flavors – Snickerdoodle, Chocolate Chip, White Chip Chocolate, Peanut Butter and Red Velvet Cake. As far as best flavor, the Snickerdoodle is taking it by a mile. We didn’t even know a protein cookie could taste this good until we tried it. A hard 10/10 on this one. As for the others, they are all very good tasting and all have great texture. We’d give the White Chip Chocolate and Chocolate Chip a 9.5/10, the Peanut Butter a 9/10 and the Red Velvet Cake a 8.5/10.
VALUE FOR MONEY & DEAL HISTORY
You can get the ProSupps My Cookie either singles ($2.49 per cookie) or a 12 pack ($24.99, which comes to be $2.08 per cookie). That places it just at the average in that department. We did hunt it down for as low as $13 for 12 cookies. FINAL VERDICT
