I’ve done a fair few skincare reviews on here, and i’ve noticed the factor different ingredients have on your skin, especially those that are natural, as opposed to not. One thing I haven’t found though is a good Beard Oil. I don’t really have a full beard but it’s at that stage where, when not managed, can get a bit itchy messy.

So, when I found out the guys at Simply Soaps, wanted to let me try theirs, I jumped at the chance and gave it a go. A bit more about the brand, they guarantee 100% natural and wholly organic products, and you can tell when using the product. On top of that, the packaging is full compostable and ingredients biodegradable.

I’ve been using the hemp beard conditioning oil and shaving soap for a couple of weeks now and I can really tell the difference in my skin. The oil in the soap moisturises the skin, even after shave, and it really completes the shaving process, you’ve got to make this a bit of an event right? I then massage the beard oil to add lustre. These 2 products works great together and I highly recommend. You can get the 2 for around £13 in total so it’s not breaking the bank, and they really do compare nicely on the level of those more expensive products.
