They are usually more frequently asked about the development of their fetuses. They are also more concerned about pre-natal care and generally prepare themselves better before pregnancy, if the pregnancy was planned. Therefore scientists now believe that the risk of pregnant women in older age did not increase significantly just because of age factors.
