I would go back again and again!!

“I found Back in Action on the Internet about two years ago when I wished to Purchase a Trip Trapp Chair. We had previously purchased five such chairs for each of our grandchildren as they came along, the first in 2000. These were from local stores.(East Sussex). In 2009 we wished to purchase for Grandchild No 6, who lives in Cheltenham. Thus I searched on line and purchased from Back in Action. Their Website is excellent, the choice available is very comprehensive and the chair was delivered within two days.

So for grandchild No 7, also in Cheltenham of course I go to B in A again. This time, owing to the fact that my Credit Card address was different from the delivery address, their fraud detection ‘system’ operated. This involved a letter to confirm my purchase and the need to telephone one of their shops with an order number and check number. This I did and the chair was delivered the next day, still less than a week, which included the Saturday and Sunday. Thus not only do I recommend B in A for their excellent service but also the care they take to ensure that fraudulent purchases are not made from stolen credit/debit cards. If number 8 comes along, I’ll be back again!! (but I’m told No 7 is the last!!). Never mind I’m only too pleased to compliment the firm on its excellent service.”
