The chart presents the most popular SDKs of Mobile Advertising that are integrated into the apps we have looked at. With the development of mobile network, all kinds of mobile advertising platform are sharing global market.

AdMob, which belongs to Google, has been integrated by most of game apps up to 92%, also by Non-gaming apps up to 97%, and it was ranked No.1 on the list. Facebook Audience Network depends on its accurate-targeting technology with huge of user data to be ranked No.4. Chartboost has good prospect under the booming game industry as its cross-promotion product allows developers to show promotions for a new game to players in their other games.

From charts above, it can be shown AdMob plays a critical role in the field of mobile advertising platform. In the past few years, Google implements its policy, which need AdMob Ad ID to identify user and used it to generate interest and characteristics of audience (e.g. RPG Player), Combining with data like Cookie and activities of account to target audience. Imagine Google has strong influence as the largest search engines on the internet.

The ranking list of Games app is almost same as global. The only change is FAN fell out of Top 5 , replaced by AppLovin. The share of other ad platforms was significantly increased, such as Chartboost and Unity Ads, which are focused on Mobile advertising network.

Apple TV’s market share in China is very light, but it has major reach and major power in European and American markets, which was ranked after Google, Roku and Amazon. It is no surprise that AppLovin was favored by developers.

Top 5 Mobile Advertising Platform for Non-Games

AdMob became the only designated platform for Non-games app. The integrated ratio is high at 97%. We have reason to believe that the rest 3% is likely to be refused by AdMob as they did not meet requirements. In addition, FAN is ranked second on the list, although it much lower than AdMob, it enough to compar with MoPud.

Twitter has expand the way to Ads in 2013, which purchased MoPub at 350 million dollars and combined its core business with own Real-Time ads. According to the report, the monthly active users of MoPub are up to 310 million now. The ratio of mobile user is 80%; MoPub has strong social function and audience characteristics, which are why it can be on the list.
