Is today seriously my last day ever as a Worx intern? I think I’m in denial. Although I’m bummed to leave the WORX family (again…..and for good), I truly could not be more thankful for this experience. I have learned a vast amount of valuable information about digital marketing that I can now carry with me for the rest of my life.

With this being my first Internship ever, I had absolutely no idea what to expect walking into it. I lucked out with having such great coworkers. They immediately made me feel welcomed and comfortable and made it clear that it was okay to ask questions. They were approachable, helpful, and always kind, and I appreciate that so much.

I also appreciate that my first internship provided me with real work—no coffee runs or making copies. I sat at my desk like every other employee and had real, genuine projects to work on. I was truly a part of the team. I worked mainly on social media, updating client’s websites, organic spreadsheets, and meta descriptions. I now have a solid understanding of the industry and of the amount of work it takes to rebrand a company.

I am taking away so much from this internship and could not be more pleased with the time I have spent here. Coming back as an intern for my winter break was one of the best decisions I could have made. Goodbye WORX fam! I promise I will stay in touch, and thanks for everything!
