Investment in Forex
Investment is always on the top priority of the every person in his life. Investments are made in many different types as per the capacity and budget of the person, tries many different options suitable for his livelihood and making good profit from investments.
Keeping this point in mind I have started studying on “Investment”.
When I decided to study about “Investment” the first word clicked my mind was Forex.
So I decided to study on Forex concept and understand it thoroughly and get into Investments through forex.
At this stag as I am beginning my study So I decided to start from the basics and understanding FOREX.
So what is Forex :-
Forex Stands for Foreign exchange market for currency trading. Foreign exchange market assists International trade & Investment. Forex is one of the largest Liquid markets for international trading & currency conversion. Forex platform provides individual to trade between two different currencies for his own profit. Forex market is open 24 hours a day and on 5 week days. Forex trading is carried out with the help of intermediate or brokers. Online platform has boosted this market and helped forex to reach to each and every individual who wants to Invest.
Working of Forex trade:-
As forex trade includes currency trading most of the picture gets clear in the 1st part. In forex trading a individual can buy one currency or sell the currency. The person who buys the currency is called as “Long” in respective currency & person who sells the currency is called “Short” in respective currency. The trade takes place as per the market rates of the currency rates and user can buy or sell his currency for his profit. In forex currency trading foreign exchange transaction party purchases a quantity of one currency by paying a quantity of another currency.
Quoting of Currency Pairs:-
In Forex Investments currencies are quoted in pairs. The first listed currency is called “base currency” while the other is called “Counter” or “Quote currency”. For eg USD/EUR here “USD” will be base currency & “EUR” will be Counter currency. Individual investing in this studies the market factors and as per the expectations buys or sells the currencies with respective to the conditions.
Buying & Selling in Forex Trading:-
With the study of the market and economical conditions the traders determines whether to buy or sell. Eg if the USD rates goes down the user buys the currency & he sells it when the rate goes up for the same.
So isn’t it a best option to make Investment in forex trading? A person who wants to invest in this terms must study all pros and cons the market effects and fluctuations and Invest wisely.
