A good leader is someone who can combine both introvert & extrovert qualities and apply those habits when the situation demands it.

  • While with an extrovert you can easily make and discuss plans in details. Appreciate and acknowledge his ideas and even if they’re not worth trying, it is good not to reject the idea on the spot.
  • It is often difficult to make introverts and extroverts work together. But it is advised to study the strengths of both the personality types and keep in consideration those factors while dealing with the specific type.
