Fabulous summer fine Wine combining ripe exotic fruit and a touch of fresh lemon. This is a blend of 50% Sémillon, 45% Sauvignon blanc and 5 Sauvignon Gris. The freshness of the Sauvignon melds very stylishly with the Sémillon. 

A wine for sipping and enjoying, or serving up with a plate of shellfish or maybe grilled aubergine salad.
