Hello friends. (smile) Welcome Lexa and co-hosts, L.G. Keltner @Writing Off The Edge and Tonja Drecker @Kidbits Blog, to another blessed Friday to celebrate the small things.

Hope all is well. This week, I share encouragement, to keep the faith, whether standing, sitting or squatting, be strong and wait on The Lord, because victory does come. Praise The Lord.

I also celebrate “hashtag #no more stress“. (wink) It’s a process.

Stress is cumulative.
Stress is energy draining.
Stress is not good for our health.
Stress is sleepless nights.
Stress is ____________(fill in the blank).

No more stress, the things that push our buttons.
No more stress, the little darlings that test our patience.
No more stress, the environment that’s unhealthy.
No more stress, the ebb that just won’t flow.
No more stress, ____________(fill in the blank).

Ain’t life grand, in situations, where we chose no more stress. (wink)

Making the choice no more stress brings an inner calmness and strength deep enough to know The Lord equips us to persevere and yield spiritual fruit in the process.

Making the choice no more stress is a life changing attitude.

Making the choice no more stress is wisdom to adjust.

Making the choice no more stress is emotionally healthy.

Hashtag #no more stress, robs the thief. How about that! (wink)
