Long time no see. As I'm typing this, I am sitting alone in this what my peers would call Outbreak Control Room. Boring. I actually have tons of work to do but I can't take it anymore. I am somehow in a phase of giving up. Burn out is more like it. I have been working non stop every week (Including weekend) since Jun with only limited rest. Hence, the lack of update and whatnot. Yes I am whining and tired. I jokingly told people that I'm married which I haven't. "I'm married" with a big smile on my face and my heart murmurs "married to my fuc*ing job".

The last time I checked, I have took exactly 10 days of off days in this year. Ten days exactly. I plan on spending the remaining off days I have on I don't know, Christmas? Spend my whole holiday watching episodes of Breaking Bad is definitely on my checklist. (This is the only thing I plan of doing)

As I grow older, I don't think I have that many friends now. My friends only consist of my colleagues. I do still sometimes manage to keep in touch with some of my high school and college friends but that's it. I'm not very social or friendly kind of person, I rely on others to make their first move if they want to talk to me. But working as a health inspector, I try my best to stay friendly to public, keeping them updated only to what's happening, yeah sometimes I do fake myself around.

Pressured by the fact that Asian people are conservative (had this agree to disagree conversation with a colleague yesterday) when talking about marriage. I think most Asian people think that marriage is necessary and this makes women like me, single feel pressured by it. My friend in the other hand, think otherwise and even advised me to better off single (How ironic that he is married). But fuck it, I don't think I want to get married anytime soon despite all the pressure. Haha.
