Philippine Post (PHLPost) is celebrating the National Stamp Collecting Month this November 2013 and prepared various activites for the month-long celebration.
November as the National Stamp Collecting Month was declared by former President Fidel V. Ramos under the Presidential Proclamation No. 494.
This years event uphold the theme, Selyong Pinoy:Pagpapakita ng Husay at Galing ng mga Pilipino. On the photo, Willar Cheng and philatelist. He was invited as guest speaker during the opening program.
