Be Mindful In May Challenge

Our family have signed up to participate in the global online Mindful in May meditation Challenge. We are going to learn how to meditate and commit to meditating for 10 minutes every day in May. It’s like a marathon for the mind. Mindfulness has been proven by scientific research to actually transform your brain when practised regularly and even impact your health down to the level of genetic expression.

 

We are doing this challenge to develop more mental fitness but also for a greater cause. In order to support us and help keep us accountable I’d love you to sponsor us to stick to the challenge. Your donation will help build Clean Water projects in the developing world and transform the lives of one in nine people on the planet who don’t have access to lifes’s most essential need – clean, safe drinking water.
