Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-on Eye Pencils are the perfect medium for creating a well-defined eye with little fuss, even for the shakiest of hands! After lining, try using a shadow brush to apply similarly hued shadow to the Liner for a softly edged effect.
Add a pop of highlighter to the inside corners of eyes to bring them back together and counterbalance the black liner that can make them seem farther apart.
