Just a quick post for you today on an eye look I did using one of the Colourpop Supernova Shadow shades I’ve owned for quite some time now. You probably know by now that I love everything and anything purple, so this shade is particularly up my alley. Occasionally I will just sit down at my makeup vanity with no specific look in mind and see what comes out of it. You’re looking at it!

The shade on my eyes is Colourpop Supernova Shadow in Moon Lit. It’s a vibrant purple shade but it has these brilliant flecks of pink and turquoise. These shadows come in what looks like a lip gloss tube and have a similar type of applicator. They start off as a cream and dry down to a budge-proof finish. I was originally concerned about whether or not these actually dried down and stayed put, but they do.

I added some browns in the crease just to add a hint of definition. I love how this shade glows all different colors when the light hits it. It is just absolutely unique and luminous!

On my lips I used Dose of Colors More Creamer Please Lipstick. I tend to combine purple eyeshadow with shades of peachy-neutrals often. They just seem to complement each other well.
