Hello couchers! My TCP pick for the week would be The Princess Diaries. Starring Anne Hathaway as the long lost princess and Julie Andrews as the Queen (Hathaway's grandmama). Anyway for the benefit of those who have not seen the Movie yet, Hathaway is an ordinary 15 year old  kid who had a normal life until she found out that she is a princess. Her father, unknown to her was the crown prince of the small European country Genovia who has passed away. Hathaway has to choose whether she should step up to the throne or be an ordinary kid. Hathaway chose to step up to the throne and had to undergo several changes from her looks to her lifestyle.



So if you have not yet watched this movie and would like to go to fantasy land for awhile...why not grab a dvd copy of this movie and while at it you may also want to grab the second series which is The Royal Engagement, I bet you would enjoy it and it's a great movie to watch with the whole family.
