Hope everyone had a great Christmas! I was super busy traveling around so didn’t have a chance to make many updates over the holidays. Getting ready for a big New Year’s bash and if you are anything like me you’ve been thinking about what to wear for weeks now! I like to make a statement on New Years Eve and Dress ultra fancy. It’s a special night so I always want to look the part.

The Fashion divas put together a really fantastic article with different styles that one might want to consider for NYE this year. My favorite has to be the classic Cocktail Dress look (as pictured in this post). The cocktail dress is one of the best choices for a New Years party because it’s a little out of the ordinary and can help you stand out from the crowd. You’ll look super pretty and sophisticated at the same time. I’ll be going with some kind of textured fabric along with plain black wedge heels.
