A friend of mine was a very successful corporate Professional. I personally idolized her for both, her professional and personal virtues. Despite being one of the most eligible people I knew, she was unable to meet the right guy who could understand and support her.
Having tried the traditional way, she decided to let go and focus on some other important aspects of life. Having a spiritual bent of mind, she researched hard for months and found a spiritual group she could relate to.
Service gave her immense happiness and she started devoting considerable amount of time working with the group for both spiritual pursuits and community welfare.
On one such trip, she met a man, who was part of the same spiritual group, and had come to volunteer from a different country.Friendship grew, finally leading to a happy marriage. She continues to do community service along with her husband.

Behind the façade of material environment, every individual has a higher Purpose. Some are fortunate to realize it, while rest gets caught in the cycles of daily life.
All of us get stuck at some point in our life, not knowing how to proceed ahead. It’s at times like these, when working to understand our true purpose can really help. A purpose need not be phenomenal or different – it could be something as simple as committing to assist people in problems with patient hearing and guidance.

Taking small steps towards achieving that real goal can actually help us in many ways- We could unexpectedly find solution to a pain point, make better friends or simply get an outlet to escape from grueling routine life.

Material and Spiritual Purpose can coexist – Infact, working on the latter can better the former.
