No More New Things

How am I in the same Financial situation I was in 10+ years ago? I have the same amount of Money in the bank and am still struggling to make a buck.

The only difference is that I have bills to pay for and have to work my ass off just to pay those bills.

I need to stop buying new things. It’s been slowly ruining my life and financial future for the past ten years.

My parents never really bought me things when I was younger so when I started working and making money, I bought whatever and everything I wanted. To top it off, I am the worst (best if you are a retailer) kind of consumer because I am an impulse buyer and I buy things to make me happy.

What is wrong with me?

I know I shouldn’t do this to myself but I can’t help it.

I really need to change my habits in order to not screw up my future because of credit card debt.

I need to tell myself that instead of using that money to buy shit I don’t need to pay off my bills instead because all that shit is going to catch up to me very soon.
