Shh!
'We're  busy working
on a magic spell,'
whisper the tiny droplets.

Days pass by
with no one noticing
the difference,

until one morning,
a long  withered tree,
given the thumbs down,
shows glimpses of  magic -
tiny green sprigs.

Eyes exclaim...
