HOW TO CONCENTRATE DURING LECTURES
We all know that concentrating in the middle of a boring lecture is really hard, but we don't all know how to concentrate during these lectures. Here are 3 AWESOME tips on how to concentrate during those boring lectures
1. GET RID OF ELECTRONIC DISTRACTIONS
How can you get distracted when you don't have anything to be distracted by? Try to eliminate distractions by using focus or rescue time. Also, try to get a buddy to help you to keep you in check during the Lecture. You can help each other out. However, if you prefer to work alone, sit where the most uptight student is so he/she can see your screen
2. MAKE A LIST OF THE KEY POINTS AND SEE HOW THEY CONNECT
Who says lectures are always boring? This trick works much better if you are in a history class. When you see the lecture as a "Story" you may be able to make the lecture more "entertaining" Perhaps you could follow the lecture by connecting the main points and when you trying to follow the lecture and then follow the lecture like a story
3. HAVE A GOOD SLEEP AND A GOOD BREAKFAST
How can you Concentrate if you have a grumbling belly? Try to have a nutritious breakfast and for you dorm students, at LEAST 7 hours of sleep. For some tips to have a good breakfast, see this link. Adding on to the point, don't wake up less than 1 and a half hours so you have time to wake up and you don't have to be groggy while you are listening to your lecturer.
