My inner voice

In this super fast world , Fitness is very very important but what fitness means actually ,  ? My inner voice says it means feeling good about yourself from top to bottom ,inside out ,it's not all about craving for an attractive physique though it gives happiness to look yourself in the mirror when you are in good shape ,but then this does not garantee that if you are in shape you are fit ,Fitness is something beyond just shape  to me ,it's a word used for huge number of things ,like having good stamina is fitness , having good abs is fitness , having peace of mind and self satisfaction of life is also fitness , practicing gratitude , implementing good habits is also fitness , because all of these ultimately gives you happiness ,makes you feel alive , and anything which makes my life worthful is part of my fitness , I am a common person from a common crowd , living a daily routine life , taken health for granted for quite long sometime out of laziness or sometime lack of determination , but then I realised its not one day thing , it takes time need to have patience , from my experience when you are actually feeling dull about life that's the best time to feel determined about fitness , because the kind of energy you get after that , it really lights up those dull moods , gives an invisible hope and enthusiasm , which in turn works as a great fuel to propel you ,I just started my journey towards fit life and I enjoy every bit of it , experimenting , implementing , seeing results , amazing feeling
Change your life style and you will see the changes you wanted , I am a complete foodie person and am sure many are and we should be because life is colourless without food ,every occasion , every celebration are always Celebrated with colourful varieties on plate , have you ever seen any party or festival done without any special food items , it's a tradition we enjoy it , 🎉😀 and in my case I even enjoy cooking so very hard for me to follow any strict diet ,read many recipes but it mostly talk about replacing this with that ,that with this 😳I was confused because I am fond of those food we ate while growing up ,my mother used to prepare ,I can not jus replace white rice with brown am sure there must be health benefits but those who can is good ,but I tried my ways just twisting those ways 😀 and enjoying them all ,i would prefer taking rice once or twice a week but I'll take white rice only 😀,less quantity and to make myself full would make a chat pata salad dish on the side ,I'll posting pics of my experiments ,following this post ,
                                       I try my best that I should exercise 4 to 5 days a week ,i do it because it boosts my mood ,makes me feel good ,so somehow I try to take out that one hr for myself,post workout I feel a kind of satisfaction ,because we live in a very judgemental society ,too much of comparisons ,competition ,drains out your enthu for life ,there is nothing wrong in being ambitious or competitive but sometime without our knowledge we kind of get carried away that it might hurt others ,and this is part of my mind fitness that I should analys my action and words ,it should not be hurting to others and in case it is I should have no hesitation to ask for apology ,we all are human and we do mistake but working on yourself is also a self improvement ,whenever I asked a sorry or approached people asking that did I do anything wrong I always felt good ,because when u bend a bit you actually grow big ,🙏Oops but I should not drag this topic towards emotional thoughts 😀😀 because I can jot down endless things ,
I do a good 1hr workout with cardio and floor ex mix , and a exercise format ujam is very close to my heart , it's more then jus fitness format for me , but for sure its a great great workout with great music , I am trying to maintain a habit of eating before 8 pm , eating 2,3 kinds of fruits everyday , drinking lots of water , taking 2 Tbs of coconut oil ,coconut water most of the days ,and sleeping good enough but still working on it 😀 I think a lot , which takes away sleep , I try to eat tasty and healthy because I don't see my plate full of calcium ,proteins and carbohydrate etc , like a common person I see plate filled with food 😊, having in depth knowledge about nutrition is good but if you are not that kind of person then there is no need to go too deep , every common crowd is not aware of many things about nutrition and they Dnt have time also to learn but that does not mean they can never have a fit life , just with their own knowledge if they add a bit bit everyday , it will surely show results ,just a little bit of changes here and there an honest workout , works good , I enjoying this path , more and more to explore , more to add , need to get inspired , have to inspire many , taking life one day at a time , trying to give it all till night and take rest all night and get ready for another day again 😀❤️
