The  250-hour TESOL Diploma program is one of the most comprehensive in the world. The syllabus was created by Coventry House International and it is an extended version of their Trinity CertTESOL course. This is one of the few online courses that comes with an optional Practicum module and it is recognized by TESL Canada for their Standard 2 accreditation. They are one of the few organizations that has an online course recognized at the same level as other TESOL courses offered by Canadian universities.

This program covers every area of lesson planning and various approaches within the Communicative Language Teaching method. It’s a great program for those who want to learn to be reflective and independent teachers because it trains people to replace the textbook with lesson plans using authentic material. It has helped many people advance in their career and many of our graduates are now school directors. For example, one of their graduates run an ESL school in Toronto that replaced the textbook with ipads and teachers have to create their lesson plans using authentic resources.
