Mahindra & Mahindra’s sales decline in June On the year-on-year basis, Mahindra & Mahindra’s sales were down 8 per cent in June. Mahindra & Mahindra sold 35,716 vehicles in June this year. At the same time, in June last year Mahindra & Mahindra sold a total of 39,009 vehicles.

Mahindra & Mahindra’s exports have seen a sharp decline. On a yearly basis, exports of Mahindra & Mahindra dropped 54 percent to 1,855 units from 4020 units in June. On a yearly basis, Mahindra & Mahindra’s domestic market sales in the domestic market fell by 3 percent to 33,861 units from 34,989 units.

On a yearly basis, Mahindra & Mahindra’s passenger vehicles sales fell by 5 percent to 17,170 units from 16,170 units. However, in June, Mahindra & Mahindra’s commercial vehicles sales rose by 12 percent to 15,131 units from 13,538 units. Also, on a yearly basis, the sale of medium and heavy commercial vehicles of Mahindra & Mahindra in June was 35% more than the 700 units of 517 units.

On a yearly basis, the total sales of Mahindra & Mahindra tractors have gone up by 9.1 percent to 32,933 units from 30,191 units. On a yearly basis, sales of tractors in Mahindra & Mahindra’s domestic market increased by 9.5% to 31,522 units from 28,797 units. In June, Mahindra & Mahindra exported 1411 tractors.
