Following stocks catch the public eye on Monday:

Ruchira Papers Ltd (RPL) traded on its intraday high of Rs 139.45 per share, up by Rs 9.25 per share or 7.1%. after the company got upgraded from CARE BBB to CARE BBB+ assigned to long term facilities. RPL’s stock is just 2.8% away from its 52-week high of Rs 143.40 per share.

Shreyans Industries Ltd (SIL), another Paper Mill Stock, touched its intraday high of Rs 130.45 per share, up by Rs 4.45 per share or 3.53%.

West Coast Paper Mills Limited (WSTCSTPAPR), a paper mill stock, touched its fresh 52-week high of Rs 184 per share, up by Rs 6.35 per share or 3.6%.

In spite of negative undertone in the market, above stocks have outperformed the major indices in Monday’s trading session.

Today’s market closed with The Nifty50 index ended below its crucial 8,996 mark down 43 points at close, while the BSE Sensex settled at 28,812, down 80 points. On BSE, 1,515 shares declined, 1,265 shares fell and a total of 252 shares were unchanged.
