Cyberdyne has resubmitted its 2015 Fda Application for its medical-use HAL saying, this time, that it is a "cybernic [sic] treatment device" that attempts to improve a patient's own physical functions rather than a robot or device to Assist Walking. The difference in definition is subtle but important, because there is no implication in the new application that the device is guaranteed to assist walking.
