Natural gas recovered nicely this week after Storm Harvey devastated Texas. The video below (thanks to Chart Guys) also shows that the technical charts for Natural Gas are looking quite Bullish in the medium term. Natural gas has a few stocks and ETFs that are poised to run next week but I have selected my favorite one to play. Check out $GUSH $UGAZ $GASL $ERX

Tip: Although Natural gas stocks are seasonal, the commercial use of natural gas is predicted to rise 6 percent in 2017. This gives those longer term swing trades a higher chance of working out.

I have found a really nice natural gas stock that looks poised to move upwards next week. A nice double bottom has formed in the daily chart for $GUSH. I may be a little late on this one though – I would rather have gained an entry yesterday. If i play this stock, I will be looking for a move to the 50 MA. So the potential upside is about a dollar per share, $18.81 price target. I like the combination of a recovering sector, and a nice chart setup on a stock that performed well despite the market conditions in the natural gas sector. I am getting really into these types of plays recently and many have been working out really well!
