Shopalong is a mobile community where you get paid for completing fun and rewarding assignments. An Assignment is a set of activities which they ask you to complete. For example, assignments often involve things like preparing shopping lists, to take pictures or photos, to take snap of your purchase receipts and uploading it, and sharing your opinion about your shopping experiences and so on.

How do you participate in Shopalong?

You can request an invitation at shopalongapp.com and they will send you an email when there is a new assignment for you. All you have to do is just click the link to see if you qualify and follow the instructions. To participate in Shopalong, you need the Shopalong app so that you can check into stores, upload receipts, etc.  Shopalong is currently available for iOS and Android devices.

NOTE :-  Even though you may have signed up, you still need to qualify for your first assignment before you log into the app.

Trying to log in for the first time? You will be able to log into the app after you qualify for your first assignment.

How much can I earn when I complete an assignment?

Assignments typically carry a reward of $5 to $50 when you fully complete the assignment. The amount of the reward depends on the length of the assignment and what we ask you to do.

Can I get rewards if I complete part of an assignment?

Nope, sorry. You must complete all parts of the assignment to receive any reward for that assignment.

Can anyone do an assignment?

All our assignments are invitation-only. You need to qualify for an assignment. Each assignment has limited number of slots available. 

Can I do more than one assignment at a time?

No, you can participate in just one assignment at a time.

What do I need to participate in Shopalong?

A good heart, an honest soul, a desire to finish what you start, and a craving to have fun while earning real rewards! Also, you need an Android smartphone or iPhone to download and use the Shopalong app and site at shopalongapp.com. For iPhone users your phone needs to run iOS 5.0 or later. For Android users your phone needs to run Android version 2.3.3 or later.

What if I start a Shopalong assignment but can’t finish it?

If you can’t finish an assignment that you started please let them know as soon as possible. So that, they can give your space to another member of the Shopalong community.

What if I need help while I’m on assignment?

For every assignment you’ll have your own team of Shopalong Sidekicks to help you out. When you need help you can contact the Shopalong Sidekick team by going to the “Help” section of the Shopalong app, by emailing the team at [email protected], or you can submit a support ticket or read a support article at Shopalong Support Desk.

What can I do when I’m not on assignment?

You can:-
1. keep your profile up-to-date so we know when to invite you to new assignments;
2. see personalized shopping reports from past assignments;
3. see information about rewards you’ve earned.

Can I invite others to be part of Shopalong?

Absolutely! Just tell them to visit shopalongapp.com and press “Sign up!”

SHOPALONG IS NOT SCAM

Shopalong is not a SCAM SITE. In the month of November, I got an invitation to participate in Shopalong Assignment. It was a fun experience and I actually got paid - $40 (Redeemed for $40 Amazon Gift Card). Yesterday, I received an invite to participate in my second Shopalong Assignment (worth $15) and yes, I qualified!
