Why should you care about design? Well, science would say that our brains are Programmed to seek out points that converge. Evolutionary psychology would say that we gravitate towards things that are symmetrical, like the things found in nature. That strong genes are an indication of good health and stronger the genes, the more symmetrical you are. Scientists and artists alike have found a connection between symmetry and beauty. You’ll find this connection in the Golden Section, or the Fibonacci Sequence, or the Divine Proportion. This is why we desire things that are beautiful; it’s programmed by nature. We desire beautiful things because they are an indication of refinement. 

Why should you care about Art? Expression is a part of our lives. It’s a part of the human will. It’s important enough that it made it into our Constitutional rights; The Freedom of Speech. Speech is a form of art. Reflecting humanity, talking about things we shouldn't be talking about, this is art. 

Why should you care about Creative? The mind is built to solve problems. Make me think; not too much, just enough to where I see things differently. It’s a nice expansion of my perspective, my human psyche, the wall, my world… whatever you want to call it, it yearns to expand, or wrinkle. 

Together it can be powerful enough to connect a thing to an audience organically. Some even see it as a conduit between supply and demand.
