PWMinder Android 1.0, is in the final testing stage, and is nearly ready for release.  Pwminder Android, is the Android version of the popular Password Manager, PWMinder.  PWMinder Android contains most of the features found in iPWMinder and PWMinder BlackBerry, and is, of course, compatible with PWMinder Desktop.  With PWMinder for Android, you can take and manage all of your passwords with you on your Android phone.
