Don't get much sun or drink Milk? You probably need Vitamin D

I had a blood test and it turns out that I was low in Vitamin D. My doctor said that 90% of US citizens don’t get enough Vitamin D.

It turns out that if you don’t get enough sun or Drink Milk you probably are low in Vitamin D. Incredibly it can have a ton of serious effects. I believe that many people who have low energy probably aren’t getting enough of Vitamin D. My doctor said that I should take 2000 IU and have another blood test in 3 months.

I have done this for 2 weeks and I feel better than I ever have in my life. I feel more energetic and thrilled to be lucky to feel better. What is amazing is that as you experience life you have the choice to grow and feel better or to do what you always do. I always feel that growing is so important and that it is our benefit to grow.

What is also interesting about Vitamin D is that with so many people who lack it, it is ignored by many doctors. If I never had that blood test, I would not know. Did you know that a lack of Vitamin D is more strongly correlated to getting diabetes than even being overweight? It is remarkable how important vitamins are isn’t it?

I shared earlier that I bought a multivitamin that had 1000 IUs of Vitamin D. That is half of the amount that my doctor said I needed daily. Now with this multivitamin and the 2000 IU’s of Vitamin D I am taking, I am rapidly increasing Vitamin D in my body. When I used to drink Milk as a child I didn’t feel a lack of energy. When I stopped drinking milk I did feel less energy but just assumed it was other things in my life.

We grow and become and this is just another step on my path. Perhaps this can help you take another step.
